Instructional Ideas
- Teachers can have students take these quizzes independently to review grammar or as a bell-ringer.
- Teachers can have students copy a quiz question into a Microsoft Word document. Next, teachers can have students answer the question and then compose a rationale for why the answer they selected is correct. These rationales need to include the name of the rule and explanation of the rule.
- After becoming familiar with the app, teachers can have students compose grammar questions that model the questions in this app. Next, teachers can have students swap questions with a peer. The peer can then answer the question. Once the peer answers the question, the peer can explain to the original student the grammar rule that was emphasized by the question.
