GoTeach – Teacher Planbook and Organizer (Timetables, Lesson Plans and More!)

GoTeach is a tool for organizing lesson plans and schedules. After launching and registering with the app, it provides teachers with four options that are accessible from the home screen. First, the “Timetables” option lets teachers customize a school calendar and then add classes to it, so teachers can view their daily and weekly schedules in a snapshot view. The “Lesson Plan” option lets teachers write a lesson plan within the app – complete with standards, outcomes, activity(s), materials, and assessments – that teachers can email directly from the app. Also, once written and saved, the app automatically adds the lesson plan to the teacher’s schedule in the “Timetables” view. The “To-Do’s” and “Events” options let teachers add reminders and special occasions to their schedule, which teachers can again see in their “Timetables” view.

Classroom Applications

1. Teachers can use this app to create, schedule, and organize their weekly, monthly, and quarterly lesson plans and school happenings.
2. If required, teachers can write their lesson plans in this app and then email them to their administrator.
3. When special events are announced, teachers can record them in this app.
