Instructional Ideas
- When assigned a research assignment, students can use this app to gather data, documents, and resources.
- To compare and contrast different search engines, users can search Bing, Google, and izik using the same search term. Next, users can analyze the results of those searches, and discuss why the results reported to them by the different search engines are or are not similar.
- As part of a persuasive-writing assignment, teachers can have students research a topic using Bing, Google, and izik. Next, students can compose a persuasive paper that explains why one of the search engines is superior to the others.
