Problem Statement: How many of the recommended 60 minutes of physical activity and 10,000 steps do you get each day?
Students write a hypothesis.
Step 1: Students will use Fitbit to keep track of the steps they are taking each day.
Step 2: Students will use Evernote to keep a journal of their steps and physical activity at the end of each day. They will also reflect on how they felt at the end of each day and if they didn’t reach their goal, what was holding them back.
Step 3: Students will use Sworkit to get ideas for physical activity they can do to get their 60 minutes in. They will also record how many minutes they did for each exercise.
Students will affirm their hypothesis or revise it and begin the cycle again.
